Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made on MSTOO between Customers and Providers. Feature availability (including whether a Customer can cancel) depends on booking status and zone configuration.

1. Who can cancel

  • Customer: you may cancel a booking from Bookings while the status still allows cancellation (typically before the Provider has completed the job, and as enabled in your zone).
  • Provider: you should accept, reschedule or cancel promptly. Repeated last-minute cancellations can lead to listing or account limits.
  • MSTOO: we may cancel bookings that look fraudulent, unsafe, duplicate, unpaid, or that violate our Terms.

2. When cancellation is allowed

  • Pending / waiting for acceptance: Customer or Provider can cancel. Amounts paid are refunded as per the Refund Policy.
  • Accepted / confirmed, before start time: cancellation is allowed. A fee may apply if the listing or checkout showed one, or if the start time is close.
  • Ongoing: cancellation may be blocked or treated as a dispute. Contact support.
  • Completed, cancelled or refunded: the booking cannot be cancelled again.

3. Effect of cancellation

After a successful cancellation, the listing slot may become available again. Chat history can remain for a limited time for dispute handling. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If a physical item was already handed over, both parties must arrange return of the item in the same condition, excluding normal wear. Damage, loss or missing accessories are settled between the parties unless MSTOO agrees to mediate.

4. No-shows

If the Customer is unreachable at the booked address or time without notice, the Provider may mark the booking as per app status rules and fees shown at booking may be retained. If the Provider does not show, the Customer should report it in the booking or to support for a refund review.

5. How to cancel

  1. Go to Bookings and open the booking.
  2. Tap or click Cancel and confirm.
  3. If Cancel is not available, email support@mstoo.co.in with your booking ID.
